Inaccurate trip details, an invalid or missing postcode, incorrect dates or times, customer name, email address, or phone number may result in additional charges, and you may not be eligible for a refund (please refer to our cancellation policy). Your booking with Azure Private Hire is considered an offer, which we may choose to accept or decline.
3. Amendments and Changes: If you need to amend or correct a booking, please contact Azure Private Hire directly. Any changes requested may result in a price adjustment. If the changes lead to an increase in service cost, you will be required to pay the difference. Conversely, if changes result in a decrease in service cost, you will be refunded the difference between the originally booked services and the new services requested.
4. Special Requirements: Azure Private Hire cannot guarantee that our drivers will be able to accommodate specific requirements. If you have particular needs that may not be met through our standard services, we recommend considering alternative travel arrangements that cater to your specific requirements.
5. Typographical Errors: Azure Private Hire reserves the right to correct any typographical errors that may appear on our website, including pricing errors. In the event that you are informed of such an error, you have the option to withdraw your offer and cancel the purchase if you no longer wish to proceed. Any payments made will be fully refunded.
6. Vehicle Type Changes: Azure Private Hire may, in certain situations, change the type of vehicle originally booked to ensure the fulfillment of your booking. This change will be made with the intention of providing a service that meets your needs. For larger vehicles, availability may vary, and in the event that the initially assigned driver cannot provide their vehicle, Azure Private Hire will make every effort to offer you alternative vehicles of a similar type and class.
7. Third-Party Fulfilment: In cases where the originally assigned driver is unable to fulfill your booking, Azure Private Hire reserves the right to engage third-party companies to ensure the fulfillment of your booking while maintaining the high standards of service we are known for.
8. Vehicle Type: It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure the correct selection of a vehicle type that can accommodate the required number of passengers and luggage. Exceeding the specified limits may result in additional charges to your account. If the chosen vehicle cannot accommodate the excess luggage or passengers, we reserve the right to decline the service, with full charges applied to your account.
9. Phone Bookings: Phone bookings are handled meticulously to maintain accuracy. Some bookings may be recorded for training and verification purposes. We are not liable for incorrect information provided by passengers or third parties.
1. Payment Methods: When using the 'Pay by Card' option, you are entering into an agreement to pay the Fare at the time you make your booking. Azure Private Hire acts as an intermediary to facilitate this payment. Specifically, Azure Private Hire collects all monies owed for the booked trip from you, serving as the agent to settle all Card Costs on behalf of the driver. This allows for a seamless and convenient transaction process
2. Card Information Security: We prioritize the security of your payment information. It's important to note that Azure Private Hire does not store any of your card details. We adhere to strict security protocols to ensure the protection of your sensitive data.
3. Cash Payment Option: Alternatively, you have the option to choose 'Pay by Cash.' With this selection, you agree to pay the Fare directly to the driver upon completing your trip. This provides flexibility for passengers who prefer cash transactions
4. Booking Confirmation: Once you have confirmed your booking on the payment screen, please be aware that it becomes binding and cannot be cancelledor modified, except in accordance with our cancellation policy. It's essential to review your booking details for accuracy before finalizing the transaction
5. Failed Card Payment: In situations where you choose the card payment method and your card payment is declined by your card issuer, Azure Private Hire will not be able to proceed with fulfilling your booking. Therefore, it's crucial to ensure that your card has sufficient funds and is in good standing to avoid any inconveniences
6. Payment Receipt: After your payment is successfully processed, Azure Private Hire will promptly provide you with an official receipt via email. The receipt will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process, serving as a record of your payment for your reference
7. Additional Requirements: Please be aware that your payment covers the base Fare and standard services. In cases where you fail to specify additional luggage or passenger requirements during booking, resulting in the need for a larger vehicle, any additional charges incurred will be your responsibility. These charges should be paid directly to the driver. Similarly, if you wish to tip the driver for their service, you should do so directly and at your discretion
8. Deviations from Route: It's important to note that any deviations from the originally planned route may result in additional charges imposed by the driver. These additional charges should be settled directly with the driver to ensure a fair and transparent transaction process.
Free Waiting Time: For airport and cruise port pickups, you are entitled to one hour of free waiting time. This waiting time begins at the actual landing or docking time, plus any additional time requested during the booking process
Standard Waiting Time Charges: After the initial one-hour free waiting time, the standard waiting time chargeis £20 per hour or 33p per minute
Free Waiting Time: For all other pickups, a grace period of five minutes from the actual booked time is allowed
Additional Waiting Time: After the initial five-minute grace period, the standard waiting time charge is £20 per hour or 33p per minute, with a minimum charge of £2.50.
Charges: Any additional drop-offs or pick-ups requested during your journey will incur charges based on mileage. The minimum fee for such diversions is £5.00

2. Refund Eligibility: The refund you are entitled to depends on when you choose to cancel your booking:
Booking Prepaid with Credit/Debit Card: If your booking was prepaid with a credit or debit card and you cancel it at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, you are eligible for a refund
Passenger Misses Flight and Informs us in Advance: Refunds are applicable if you miss your flight but inform us in advance of the cancellation
Cancellations Less Than 12 Hours Before: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
Incorrect Date, Flight Number, or Misleading Information: Refunds will not be issued if the cancellation is due to incorrect information provided, such as the wrong date, flight number, or misleading details
Passenger Leaves Pick-Up Point Without Notice: If you leave the pick-up point without prior notice, no refunds will be granted
No-Shows or Missed Flights Without Communication: Failure to show up for your booking or missing your flight without prior communication will result in a forfeiture of any refund

1 . Disruptive Conduct: The driver reserves the right, within reasonable discretion, to terminate the trip if the conduct or behaviour of you or your party becomes disruptive in any way. Such behaviour includes actions that may compromise safety or the overall experience. In the event of trip termination due to disruptive behaviour, neither Azure Private Hire nor the driver accepts liability for any additional costs incurred by you or your party
2. Alcoholic Drinks and Food: Passengers are prohibited from bringing alcoholic drinks or food onto our vehicles for consumption during the trip. This policy ensures a clean and comfortable environment for all passengers.
3. Refusal of Carriage: The driver further reserves the right to refuse carriage to any individual suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This measure is taken to maintain a safe and secure journey for all passengers and the driver.
4. Fouling Charge Details: This charge applies to situations where the interior or exterior of the cab is soiled, contaminated, or fouled in any way, affecting its cleanliness or hygiene standards. This includes spills, stains, pet accidents, or any form of contamination that requires cleaning or maintenance to restore the cab to its proper condition. The £40.00 fee covers the cost of cleaning and restoring the cab to its pristine state, ensuring a pleasant and sanitary environment for all passengers

1. Initial Contact: If you have a complaint or concern, we kindly request that you first contact Azure Private Hire directly. You can reach us via phone or email. We encourage you to do this within 24 hours of the Agreed Time, allowing us to address your issue promptly
2. Unresolved Complaints: In the rare event that your complaint remains unresolved after contacting the driver, please notify Azure Private Hire. You can do this by using the contact form on our "Contact Us" page or by sending an email to enquiries@azureprivatehire.com. We kindly ask that you do so within 72 hours of the Agreed Time. This ensures that we can thoroughly investigate your concern.
Important Note: It's essential to adhere to the specified timelines mentioned above. Failing to do so may invalidate any claims you may have had. We are committed to resolving any issues you encounter and improving our service based on your feedback. Your satisfaction is our priority.
In the event of an unforeseen circumstance occurring within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time, such as a breakdown of the assigned driver's vehicle, we will make every effort to ensure the completion of your service. Our process involves the following steps:
1. Alternate Drivers: We will first attempt to arrange for another available driver within our network to fulfil your service promptly.
2. Subcontracted Providers: If alternate drivers within our network are unavailable, we will explore options with our contracted service providers to ensure continuity
3. Passenger's Choice: In the rare event that neither an alternate driver nor subcontracted provider is available, or if there is a potential delay that does not meet your needs, you have the option to arrange alternative transportation. In such case, we commit to the following
Full Refund: We will promptly refund the entire amount you paid for the service
